We are leaders in the residential heating, cooling and plumbing industry, and due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced customer service representative to help us grow our service division.
You'll help schedule and dispatch service and maintenance calls throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.

Please note that this position is a weekend part-time position and pays $19-21/HR, plus weekly spiffs.
Responsibilities Answers inbound calls and schedules HVAC and plumbing service, maintenance, and sales calls.
Ability to follow scripting while prioritizing call types for maximum efficiency and success Must be Detail Oriented and have the ability to Multitask.
Set up customers and schedule service calls.
Answer inbound calls for sales as a backup to sales coordinators.
Help with outbound calls and other duties as assigned when needed.
Requirements 2-3 Years of HVAC/Plumbing Customer Service Experience Desired Several Years of HVAC Customer Service Helpful, but not necessary A strong understanding of the Twin Cities Marketplace Helpful Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills Understands the importance and balance of teamwork and working effectively with our internal/external customers Ability to multitask under pressure Good written and verbal skills Good computer skills needed Positive Attitude and meet our core values Qualities for Success:
