The perfect assistant will be super fun, energetic, and confident to keep the doctor and office running at full speed.
Must be available EVERY MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY 2:
30pm-5:
30pm (12 hours/week) What you'll be doing; Office management:
All the stuff required to keep an office flowing smoothly; from answering phones to collecting payments.
Must enjoy organizing and keeping the office clean.
Customer service:
Creating an environment that brings a smile to our customer's faces.
Must have patience and a great attitude! What you'll bring to the table; You are energetic, super motivated, and have a positive attitude for customer service.
You have a general knowledge about chiropractic care, natural health care, physical fitness, or sports training.
Organized to keep patients on track with their treatments, and able to follow up with leads and contacts.
You can commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment and can stand for a 3 hour shift.
