We are now in our 77thyear of business and have earned the title as the World's Oldest Bobcat Dealership! We are currently in growth mode and are growing faster than ever between our 3 store locations in Shakopee, Anoka, and Loretto.
We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to add to our Anoka store.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Communicate the diagnosis and repairs needed to the customer with cost estimates.
Maintain accurate records and work orders for billing and equipment history purposes.
Process warranties Work closely and communicate with the Service Technicians and Parts Department.
Experience working with skidsteers, excavators, lawn/garden equipment, etc.
