Job Summary The Anoka-Metro Regional Treatment Center (AMRTC) has an exciting opportunity to join our team! AMRTC is an acute psychiatric facility providing services to adults with mental illness.
Under supervision, this position provides administrative support for Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center's Nursing Services Nursing Quality Specialist/Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) and Registered Nurse Administrative Supervisors (RNAS), and Nursing Services Department.
Nursing services office responsibilities includes, but not limited to:
Communications, logistics, transactions, schedules, workflow processes and procedures; triaging phone calls.
Develop and handle the flow of reports, regulatory documents, communications, records, and transactions moving throughout the Nursing Services office, and respond immediately to time-sensitive critical materials, as needed.
Plan and prepare meeting reports and event documents.
Attending meetings, record minutes and provide written follow-up through communications/correspondence.
Support and assist Executive Assistant to the Director of Nursing Services as needed or directed.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications A thorough working knowledge of all Microsoft Office computer programs such as but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, internal share point sites, database management and ease of navigation in an enterprise network environment.
A broad-based understanding of accepted business practices for office operations; Proficient written and oral communication skills, including correct grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, style, and spelling conversions.
Strong human relations skills for maintaining effective working relationships within a facility with multiple programs, employee patients, legislators, the public, and executive level offices within and outside of DHS, and knowledge of the inter-relationships of these groups sufficient to plan and coordinate activities.
Knowledge of data privacy laws/HIPAA/protected health information is required so that confidentiality of patient and staff issues are maintained; Additional Requirements To facilitate proper crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly and thoroughly describes your experience in the areas listed.
