We are a speakeasy located in Anoka, called The Hardware Store.
We are a full craft cocktail lounge with live music 2-3 days per week.
This position requires great reliability, a fun personality, willingness to help, understanding customer service is very important and knows how to have fun.
We are located in Anoka on Jackson Street.
Looking for what we call a - Floor Float - as we don't technically have servers.
You will assist the bartenders to run drinks, prep food/syrups, clean tables for our quick turn time and take orders from customers.
We also have a seasonal patio that is open for running drinks! We run the Toast POS software system and is very easy to use.
We are open Wednesdays to Saturdays.
Hours:
Wed 4-10pm, Thurs 5-10pm, Fri 4-11pm & Sat 3-11pm.
Different shifts can start at 2:

We are looking for someone to work 2-3 days per week and willing to work around other schedules / jobs.
Your start time will be consistent, the end time can fluctuate within 30-45 minutes both ways, depends on closing duties for that particular day.
We prefer an employee lives within 10-15 miles, but will consider all applicants.
Looking for a 21
employee.
No experience required in the service industry, willing to train no problem.
We cannot stress this enough, we need full reliability for this job if you are scheduled, you need to work.
Pay starts at $14.
08/hour, after your 30 day probational period, you will move to $15.
08/hour.
Some weekends you will also make an additional $5/hour.
You will also make cash tips that are split amongst the floats and bartenders.

Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.

Practices teamwork by assisting fellow employees to enhance our guests' experience.

Acknowledges departing guests and invites them to return.

Completes all opening and closing duties in a timely manner.
Physical Requirements 5.
Must be able to lift, handle and carry trays, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to obtain and store printed materials, menus, cocktail lists and other hostess/host stand supply items.
7.
Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for several hours in length.
8.
Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests.
9.
Must be able to continuously use fingers to bilaterally operate the telephone and use point-of-sale equipment.
