We are seeking a motivated individual with call center experience to fill a full-time opening on our Member Service Team.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:
Provide internal and external customer service, using multiple types of communication devices, by analyzing, answering and resolving members issues. Examples include (a)Understanding and relaying member account information, (b)Processing phone payments, providing payment arrangements, and answering billing inquires, (c)Assisting walk-in customers.
Answer member questions regarding Connexus Energy products and services such as Conservation and Efficiency Programs; and promoting and introducing members to current incentives for participation
Collect delinquent accounts in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in customer service with both inbound and outbound calls. Some collections experience is preferred.
Experience in a high-volume, inbound call center preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred
Strong communication skills (listening, understanding & relaying information, and good writing skills)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and a Customer Information System; ability to use and toggle between multiple screens
Ability to work with members in a respectful and calm manner
OTHER:
Hours for the position are 9 am 5:30 pm or as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
