Job
Summary: This is a professional position with primary responsibility for maintaining and supporting our ERP system. They will serve as the company expert for the ERP system involved in training, maintaining and managing our ERP system and working with all areas of our business, maximizing the benefit of the system.
Essential Functions:
Troubleshoot system problems and issues and provide effective solutions
Provide end user support for the ERP system
Manage and maintain web service interfaces with other enterprise software
Manage and coordinate software maintenance and any updates or changes
Manage and coordinate the relationship with our ERP technical partner
Interface with other functional groups on issues related to our ERP systems
Maintain and/or develop procedural documentation
Create and deliver training
Ensure that ERP software meets business requirements and goals, fulfills user requirements.
Develop, test and deploy custom reports and queries to meet end user requirements and designs.
Manage ERP system security by developing and applying procedures, policies and controls.
Monitor data, uploads and updates as well as audits as necessary to ensure integrity of system and information are intact
Skills/Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is required, practical experience in lieu of education is acceptable
3
years with Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred; or a similar ERP system is required
Manufacturing and Distribution experience preferred
Hands on experience in supporting all functions of an ERP system
Effective project management skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Ability to work in dynamic environment
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
