Job Duties for Customer Service Representative:
Provide timely information regarding product deliveries, pricing and lead times.
Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately.
Understand and successfully use company pricing system and policies.
Enter and change order information within MRP systems and on shop floor.
Communicate effectively with management and production teams.
Required Skills for Customer Service Representative:
Previous experience in manufacturing industry
Excellent skills in Word and Excel
Exceptional phone and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
5 years of experience in customer service
Hours and Benefits for Customer Service Representative:
Pay: $16-20/hr DOE
Monday Friday 1st shift

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
